Lead Spanish Trainer - Raleigh Store Sales Associate - IDA Recognized Trainer
William (Willie) is from Puerto Rico where he owned his own detail business. He has participated in Competition Ready, has worked with Flex at trade shows, and is IDA (CD, SV,RT). Along with working in our Raleigh retail store, he is the lead teacher for our Spanish Classes and helps teach all of our English classes also. Willie is IDA CD & SV Certified Trained.

Joe has been with Majestic Solutions for over 20 years. He has been involved in all aspects of the automotive industry for over 25 years. Joe is our commercial Sales Manager with a primary role to oversee our entire sales team by providing extra customer support and technical knowledge. Joe assists in product training, product safety, processes, and researching new industry products. Jim is our Triangle area representative. Prior to joining the Majestic Solutions team, Jim worked in the car wash industry. In addition to serving customers, he has a great knowledge of all of our products.

Raleigh Store Manager
Jesus joined Majestic Solutions in 2017 and has worked his way up to be our Raleigh Store Manager. Jesus is fluent in Spanish and English and brings a passion for helping people to our Raleigh store. Jesus also assists in our training with Spanish speaking students.

North Carolina Retail Store Manager - IDA Recognized Trainer
Ron oversees both our Raleigh and Charlotte stores. He brings with him great customer service background and has been with our team almost 10 years. Ron helps maintain all store stock and provides clear-cut answers to questions our customers may have. Ron is our lead IDA Trainer and helps the IDA by serving on a committee and working events with them. Ron enjoys helping to teach our CARE Tech classes when needed also.

Charlotte Store Manager
Greg started with Majestic in 2018 and manages our Charlotte Retail Store. He has been in retail for 20 years in the Carolinas. Greg has a passion for helping customers succeed every time they come into the Charlotte store. David joined the Majestic Solutions team in 2015 and is a salesman servicing the Charlotte area and northern sections of South Carolina. Prior to working with us, David worked as a car salesman. CARETECH Training & Development Coordinator
Jeremy has been using Majestic Solutions products since 2006. His interest in vehicles at a young age has transitioned into a passion for the industry which lead to detailing vehicles. Jeremy’s passion for a clean vehicle, the drive to learn new techniques through training, and the love to “talk shop” has cultivated his passion . Jeremy is IDA CD & SV Certified Trained. He worked in our retail store and with hard work and dedication to the industry was promoted to our lead Training Coordinator. With years of customers service, extensive knowledge in detailing, and a passion to teach, he brings valuable experience to our team.
